Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Department Head to join our team at DL Pharmacy Incorporated. As a key member of our retail store team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, including apprentices, sales workers, and office staff.
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations.
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of the store.
  • Authorize payments, returns, and manage cash handling.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including stock levels and ordering.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions.
  • Fluency in English.
