Department Head

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Head to join our team at DL Pharmacy Incorporated. As a Department Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Manage Staff
You will be responsible for supervising and managing a team of staff, including apprentices, sales workers, and office staff. This will involve assigning tasks, providing guidance and support, and ensuring that all staff members are working together effectively to achieve our goals.
Operational ManagementYou will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service. This will involve working closely with our inventory team to ensure that our stock levels are accurate and that our customers have access to the products they need.
Customer ServiceYou will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service, including responding to customer complaints and resolving any issues that may arise. This will involve working closely with our customer service team to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their experience.
Financial ManagementYou will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of the store, including authorizing payments and managing cash. This will involve working closely with our finance team to ensure that our financial records are accurate and that we are meeting our financial targets.
Requirements- Experience
You will have at least 1 month of experience in a retail management role, with a proven track record of success in managing staff and achieving sales targets.
EducationYou will have no degree, certificate, or diploma, but you will have a strong understanding of business principles and practices.
LanguageYou will be fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions- Work Setting
You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
Work ScheduleYou will work a standard 40-hour week, with some flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
SupervisionYou will be supervised by the Store Manager, with regular check-ins and feedback to ensure that you are meeting your targets and achieving your goals.
