Retail Store Department Head

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Department Head to join our team at DL Pharmacy Incorporated. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and train a team of sales staff, including apprentices and volunteers
- Assign duties and tasks to ensure efficient store operations
- Authorize payments and returns, and manage cash handling
- Inventory Management
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Resolve issues related to supply shortages and customer requests
- Store Operations
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing
- Co-ordinate activities of sales staff and volunteers
- 1-6 months of retail experience
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- 40 hours per week
- Permanent work term
- English language required
