About the Role

The Senior Subscription Services Engagement Manager will play a critical role in driving the execution of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring the successful delivery of Workday Success Plans to customers worldwide. This position requires a unique blend of project management expertise, customer relationship skills, and a deep understanding of Workday solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects to deliver Workday Success Plans programs and services, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Clearly communicate project objectives and delivery strategies to stakeholders, including customers and internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Workday Success Plans offerings, educating customers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Balance the needs of multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet customer expectations.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to consultants working on projects, fostering a culture of excellence and knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure projects are accurately planned and staffed, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with customer project managers to identify and resolve issues that may impact project scope or timeframe.
  • Lead customer meetings and Workday internal operational meetings, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Ensure customers are satisfied with the project outcome, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Complete project administration tasks, including updating project forecasts, assisting with team scheduling, and other internal project initiation and closure tasks.

About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Subscription Services Engagement Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 5+ years of project management experience with HCM, Payroll, Financial, or Student implementations within medium enterprise, large enterprise, higher education, and/or state and local governments.
  • 5+ years of experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, or similar applications.

Senior Workday Success Plans Engagement Manager (P5)

  • 8+ years of project management experience with HCM, Payroll, Financial, or Student Workday implementations within medium enterprise, large enterprise, higher education, and/or state and local governments.
  • 8+ years of experience implementing Workday.

Other Qualifications

  • Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent organization, time management, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of at least one of the following business areas: Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Services Procurement.
  • Ability to influence, interact, and collaborate with senior executives, both internally and externally.
  • Capacity to work on multiple engagements simultaneously, with a focus on prioritization and task management.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
