We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Finch Henry Job Corps Center. Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your industry knowledge and network to drive growth and revenue.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that meet our business objectives.
- Account Management: Manage a portfolio of assigned clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
- Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, sales teams, and executive sponsors.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales performance, and business growth.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Business Development Representative, or other relevant sales experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel); ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying strict attention to detail.
