Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Finch Henry Job Corps Center. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your industry knowledge and network to drive growth and revenue.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that meet our business objectives.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of assigned clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
  • Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, sales teams, and executive sponsors.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales performance, and business growth.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Business Development Representative, or other relevant sales experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel); ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying strict attention to detail.
