About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at LMG Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Generation and Qualification: Engage with provided leads and cold markets to identify potential customers, assess their needs, and qualify them for the sales process.
  2. Relationship Building: Initiate contact and develop relationships with key decision-makers to understand their business needs and goals.
  3. Account Management: Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships, move them through the sales funnel, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  4. Business Development: Use a consultative approach to understand the prospect's product/service needs and goals, and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  5. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, lead generation results, and pipeline status to inform sales strategy and optimize performance.
  6. Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, company products, and competitors, and share knowledge and best practices with the team to improve overall performance.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles.
  3. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle high-pressure situations, and proficiency in customer service software and tools.
  4. Availability: Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday with optional Saturday.
  5. Location: Ability to commute to our office daily.
