We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at LMG Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation and Qualification: Engage with provided leads and cold markets to identify potential customers, assess their needs, and qualify them for the sales process.
- Relationship Building: Initiate contact and develop relationships with key decision-makers to understand their business needs and goals.
- Account Management: Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships, move them through the sales funnel, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Business Development: Use a consultative approach to understand the prospect's product/service needs and goals, and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, lead generation results, and pipeline status to inform sales strategy and optimize performance.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, company products, and competitors, and share knowledge and best practices with the team to improve overall performance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle high-pressure situations, and proficiency in customer service software and tools.
- Availability: Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday with optional Saturday.
- Location: Ability to commute to our office daily.
