Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Scrum Intern to support our team. This role is perfect for a Master's level student with a keen interest in Agile methodologies and project management. As a Scrum Intern, you will assist our Scrum Masters in facilitating Agile processes, ensuring effective communication, and contributing to the success of our development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Scrum Masters in organizing and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
  • Track and report on team progress, assisting in identifying and resolving obstacles.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of Agile practices within the team.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including sprint backlogs and task boards.
  • Assist the team in achieving high performance and quality in project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Strong grasp of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work effectively within a team setting.
  • Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is advantageous.
  • A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
