Your role's significance:

We are committed to helping our clients unlock the full potential of the public cloud, and we are seeking a new Agile Project Manager to facilitate this mission. If you are enthusiastic about enhancing customer outcomes through effective project management and delivering top-tier software utilizing advanced DevOps tools and methodologies, this opportunity is tailored for you.

As an Agile Project Manager specializing in Cloud and Workplace transformation, you will oversee a portfolio of client projects executed by our team of consulting and cloud technical specialists. These initiatives will encompass advanced public cloud deployments, workplace enhancements, and Artificial Intelligence applications, all delivered with an Agile-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Spearhead the delivery of Agile services throughout clients' journeys Guide the team in adopting and refining Agile methodologies to ensure successful service delivery Support team development, hold members accountable for their commitments, eliminate obstacles, and utilize organizational resources to enhance project capacity; mentor and nurture team members Foster team empowerment, ensuring full engagement and meaningful contributions from each member while promoting a sustainable work pace with high-quality outcomes Oversee project budgets and scopes, guaranteeing an exceptional customer experience

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience with SCRUM/Agile practices. Relevant post-secondary education CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification preferred Strong interpersonal skills, including mentoring, coaching, collaboration, and team building Practical experience as a ScrumMaster, facilitating key scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational abilities with a knack for managing competing priorities Quick comprehension of high-level technical concepts Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English and French Innovative problem-solving skills with attention to detail while maintaining a broader perspective Strong time management capabilities

Fluency in English is essential for this role, as daily collaboration with English-speaking colleagues and clients outside Quebec is required.
