Your role's significance:

We are on a mission to help our clients maximize the benefits of public cloud solutions, and we are looking for an Agile Project Coordinator to drive this initiative. If you are enthusiastic about enhancing customer outcomes by overseeing projects that develop top-tier software utilizing advanced DevOps tools and methodologies, this position may be ideal for you.

As an Agile Project Coordinator focusing on Cloud and Workplace transformation, you will manage a range of client projects executed by our consulting and cloud technology specialists. These initiatives will encompass advanced public cloud implementations, workplace enhancements, and Artificial Intelligence applications, all delivered with an Agile-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Spearhead the delivery of Agile services for clients' transformation journeys. Facilitate the adoption and enhancement of Agile practices to ensure successful service delivery. Support team development, ensuring accountability for commitments, removing obstacles, and utilizing organizational resources to enhance project capacity; mentor and develop team members. Foster team empowerment, ensuring full engagement and meaningful contributions from each member while promoting a sustainable work pace with high-quality outcomes. Oversee project budgets and scopes, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies. Relevant post-secondary education. CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification preferred. Strong interpersonal skills, including mentoring, coaching, collaboration, and team building. Practical experience as a ScrumMaster, leading scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Quick comprehension of high-level technical concepts. Proficient oral and written communication skills in English and French. Creative problem-solving abilities with attention to detail while maintaining a broader perspective. Strong time management capabilities.

Note on Language Proficiency:

Fluency in English is essential for this role, as daily collaboration will occur with English-speaking colleagues and clients.
