Role Overview: We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Scrum Intern to support our Scrum Masters in facilitating Agile processes, ensuring effective communication, and enhancing the success of our development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Scrum Masters in organizing and leading Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure project goals and deliverables are aligned.
  • Track and report on team progress, helping to identify and eliminate obstacles.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of Agile practices within the team.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including sprint backlogs and task boards.
  • Support the team in achieving high performance and quality in project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Effective team collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is advantageous.
  • A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
