Role Overview: The Agile Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role within the Technology Solutions Group, tasked with steering and overseeing cross-functional agile teams to execute CRM technology initiatives and operational projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a variety of data and technology initiatives focused on Quote-to-Cash systems and processes.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, software developers, solution architects, testers, and DevOps engineers on significant roadmap programs and integration projects.
  • Exhibit leadership qualities to drive agile teams while also contributing as an individual to develop comprehensive project plans, manage agile sprints, oversee vendor relationships, and facilitate problem resolution.

Essential Duties:

  • Conduct Agile release planning, user story assessments, sprint meetings, and oversee release deployments.
  • Articulate project vision and prepare engaging project kick-off presentations.
  • Formulate testing strategies and manage quality assurance teams.
  • Oversee project timelines and milestones, effectively communicating project status, challenges, and risks.
  • Structure project activities from requirements gathering through to deployment.
  • Monitor delivery milestones, dependencies, and outputs for the work stream.
  • Engage with stakeholders to promote timely and data-driven decision-making.
  • Foster collaboration with business teams, software engineers, testers, and vendors.
  • Drive issue resolution, risk management, and manage cross-team dependencies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related discipline.
  • Agile ScrumMaster certification or Agile Product Owner certification is mandatory.
  • Salesforce Administration Certification is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager/ScrumMaster, particularly in Salesforce implementation, demonstrating a successful track record of engaging with various organizational levels.
  • At least 2 years of experience using JIRA.
  • Exhibit adaptability and flexibility as both an individual contributor and team leader.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and analytical abilities, capable of presenting quantitative and technical concepts to both business executives and technical teams succinctly.
  • Excellent vendor and stakeholder management skills, utilizing data to inform decisions and mediate differing perspectives.
