About the Role

GARG COURIER SERVICES INC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of our office, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Communication: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in data entry and record-keeping.
