We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Sentrex Health Solutions Inc. as an HR Specialist - HRIS, Payroll & Benefits. This is a full-time, hybrid position that will be responsible for supporting various aspects of the Human Resources function, including HR Information System (HRIS), payroll, and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities- Assist employees with pension and group insurance plan enrollment and provide support with inquiries related to these plans.
- Coordinate with financial institutions to process pension and group insurance plan transfers and maintain accurate records of all accounts.
- Process regular pension and group insurance contributions from payroll deductions and provide HRIS system support to employees and managers.
- Maintain HR data integrity and conduct system audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with the design and maintenance of HR metric dashboards to provide insights and support data-driven decision making.
- Collaborate with the Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate processing of bi-weekly payroll and respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience working with HRIS systems and benefits administration.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret HR data and understand federal and provincial payroll laws.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
