CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and effective support to ensure a positive employee experience.
  • Talent Acquisition: Assist with recruitment and interview coordination, ensuring a seamless hiring process that attracts top talent.
  • HR Administration: Create and maintain internal HR documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Performance Management: Evaluate employee performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to support employee growth and development.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining a culture of compliance and integrity.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team to develop and implement effective hiring and onboarding strategies.

Requirements:

  • Education: Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in an HR Assistant or Coordinator role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems, knowledge of OSHA and ESA regulations, and prior experience in payroll.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong communication skills, a team player mentality, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
