About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at BGIS. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our business partners and driving organizational success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Partnering
    • Act as a trusted advisor to assigned client groups, providing guidance and support on People and Culture management-related matters.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to diagnose issues, understand needs, and develop solutions to drive business outcomes.
  • Project Management
    • Lead and coordinate People and Culture management-related projects of low to moderate complexity and/or impact.
    • Participate in, support, and coordinate components of high-complexity projects that impact the organization.
  • Recruitment and Talent Management
    • Lead recruitment efforts for assigned client groups, developing and maintaining a robust talent pipeline.
    • Identify, recommend, and implement recruitment channels, tools, and resources.
  • Knowledge and Skills
    • Community college or university degree in business administration or a related field.
    • 3 or more years of work experience in a human resources generalist role.
    • Solid knowledge of human resources management-related legislations and disciplines.
    • Strong consulting, facilitation, and project management skills.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
  • Licenses and Professional Accreditation
    • Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) Certification from Human Resources Professional Association is considered an asset.
