About the Role

Taste of Nature Foods Inc. is a rapidly growing Canadian company that specializes in developing healthy snacks for the global market. We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team and support our recruitment and onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and prepare job postings and advertisements.
  • Review candidate applications, contact potential applicants, and arrange interviews.
  • Notify applicants of the results of the selection process and prepare job offers.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, training, and orientation.
  • Liaise with other departments, such as payroll and benefits.
  • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries and provide assistance.
  • Assist with the termination process.
  • Liaise with recruiting agencies to fill production floor vacancies.
  • Manage and update human resource dashboards and recruitment files.
  • Maintain records of personnel-related data, including payroll, personal information, and leaves.
  • Support morning and afternoon shifts of production, demonstrating flexibility with hours.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position.
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
  • Strong ability in using MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management is a plus.
