About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Strategy Manager to join our team at TE Connectivity. As a key member of our Segment Strategy team, you will play a critical role in driving shareholder value by working on strategic initiatives across the Segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategies that drive above-market organic and inorganic growth
  • Manage projects to identify new growth platforms and opportunities in attractive market spaces
  • Work closely with Management to prioritize cross-functional involvement and real-time input
  • Lead cross-functional teams in solving business problems using a hypothesis-driven approach
  • Support the strategic planning process and deepen strategic capabilities in the organization
  • Actively develop talent and provide coaching and feedback to junior members of the team
Requirements
  • 3+ years of management consulting experience post-graduate degree
  • 2+ years of experience working in corporate strategy for an industrial company in the automotive space (OEMs, Tier 1 or Tier 2 suppliers)
  • Experience interfacing with executives and C-suite through effective communication of ideas and plans
  • Track record of demonstrated leadership potential in a business environment
  • Sense of tact, confidentiality, and maturity
Preferred Qualifications
  • Engineering degree highly desirable
  • MBA degree highly valuable
  • Expertise in strategic planning and implementing strategy within a complex organization
  • Experience dealing with strategic business issues (e.g. industry structure, operations strategy & finance)
  • Ability to structure and solve complex problems using a hypothesis-driven approach
