Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the complete recruitment cycle for all roles, including internships, across various departments.
  • Oversee the internal Talent Project Management Office (PMO), being accountable for all initiatives that elevate the strategy and direction of the Talent function.
  • Facilitate the growth and development of the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring effective management of daily recruitment operations.
  • Enhance team engagement by establishing clear performance standards and providing constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with corporate hiring managers to evaluate current and future staffing needs.
  • Generate and present comprehensive reports and dashboards on recruitment activities, utilizing data to inform decision-making.
  • Design and implement strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates, including innovative interviewing techniques and referral programs.
  • Build and maintain candidate networks through market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking and foster strong networks and relationships within the organization.
  • Work collaboratively with HR colleagues and senior business leaders on various HR initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting.
  • Experience in recruiting for highly technical roles, such as Engineering, Product, and Data & Analytics.
  • Proficient in candidate sourcing and utilizing applicant tracking systems for seamless recruitment operations.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies, including compensation benchmarking and employer branding.
  • Results-driven and data-oriented, capable of meeting tight deadlines with enthusiasm.
  • Preference for candidates with a blend of startup, agency, and corporate recruiting experience.

Compensation:
