Position Overview:

As the Head of Corporate Strategy at Collage HR, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic vision and direction of the organization. This position requires a strong commitment to enhancing our operational effectiveness and driving sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the formulation and execution of comprehensive strategic plans that align with Collage HR's mission and objectives.
  • Team Management: Oversee and mentor a dynamic team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
  • Financial Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop annual and multi-year financial strategies that support organizational goals.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for strategic priorities.
  • Fund Development: Oversee fundraising initiatives, ensuring that revenue targets are met through diverse streams.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior management or director role.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful strategies in a corporate environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated commitment to the principles of equity and social justice.
