  • Liaison: Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Staffing: Recruit and hire workers, and carry out related staffing actions to ensure a skilled and diverse workforce.
  • Work Environment: Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to prevent injuries and illnesses.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
