Job Summary

MAHI PRINTING & SIGNAGE LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Web Technician to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our web servers and networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hardware and Software Installation: Install and configure web server hardware and software to ensure optimal performance.
  • Network Monitoring: Monitor the performance of computer systems and networks to identify and resolve any issues.
  • Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade web server hardware and software to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Hardware and Software Evaluation: Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software to ensure compatibility and optimal performance.
  • Network Administration: Perform routine network start-up and close-down procedures and maintain control records to ensure network security and integrity.
  • Network Configuration: Set up local area networks and connections to the Internet to ensure seamless communication.
  • Network Security: Implement network traffic and security monitoring software to optimize server performance and prevent security breaches.
  • Customer Support: Respond to requests for help and information from Website visitors and Website designers to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
  • Language: Work in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Work Hours: Work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
