About the Role

Pure IT is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team as a Senior Information Technology Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our clients, ensuring their IT infrastructure is running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute IT infrastructure projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Provide vCIO services to clients, including auditing, assessing, and documenting their IT infrastructure, processes, and procedures, and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Determine clients' IT requirements and design appropriate on-premises and/or cloud-based solutions.
  • Create technical solutions, Bill of Materials, and Statement of Work for client proposals.
  • Oversee and conduct Quality Assurance assessments for clients.
  • Mentor technical staff and provide escalation support.
  • Provide remote and on-site support for clients' IT systems.
  • Design, implement, troubleshoot, maintain, and support client network infrastructure.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in designing, implementing, and documenting on-premises and/or cloud-based IT solutions.
  • Strong networking skillset, including Cisco.
  • Strong planning, organizing, and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to communicate technical solutions in a way clients and prospects can understand and relate to.
  • Flexible and adaptable team player focused on delivering an excellent customer service experience.
  • Cloud Certification – Microsoft Azure (Azure Administrator/Azure Architect).
  • Microsoft 365 (Intune, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Technical diploma or degree – preferred.
  • Cyber Security designation – preferred.
  • Windows server operating systems – 2012, 2012 R2, 2016, 2019.
  • Active Directory and Group Policy.
  • Microsoft Azure.
  • Microsoft 365 suite of technologies.
  • Microsoft Remote Desktop Server.
  • Windows desktop operating systems – Windows 7/8/10.
  • Networking protocols and equipment (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP routers, firewalls, switches (layer 2 & 3), VLANs, etc.).
  • IaaS virtualized cloud Servers, networks, firewalls.
  • Remote Monitoring and Management platforms (SolarWinds N-Central).
  • Professional Services Automation (PSA) systems (Autotask).
Preferred Experience
  • SharePoint/Teams Design and Administration.
  • Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Citrix Virtual App/Desktops.
