We are seeking a highly skilled Computer Network Technician to join our team at NEXT GEN COM TECH INC. as a key member of our IT department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and Administer Network Infrastructure

Ensure the smooth operation of local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, and computer workstations and peripheral equipment.

Evaluate and Install Network Hardware and Software

Assess and implement computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software to optimize network performance.

Provide Technical Support

Offer problem-solving services to network users, addressing technical issues and providing solutions.

Perform Routine Network Maintenance

Conduct regular network start-up and close-down procedures, maintaining control records and ensuring data integrity.

Implement Network Security and Monitoring

Install network traffic and security monitoring software, and optimize server performance to prevent security breaches.

Perform Data Backups and Recovery

Execute data backups and disaster recovery operations to ensure business continuity.
