About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Computer Technician to join our team at THE RHEUMATOLOGY OFFICE INC. as a key member of our technical support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Research and implement solutions by consulting user guides, technical manuals, and other documents.
  • Offer advice and training to users to help them overcome technical difficulties.
  • Maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Collaborate with the team to redesign applications and software to improve user experience.
  • Offer business systems, network, and Internet support to users, including setup and maintenance of equipment.
  • Perform backup and recovery operations for web servers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to users.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

Requirements
  • College or CEGEP education in a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
