Position Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will oversee the recruitment initiatives for our sales division.

Your role will be crucial in ensuring that Mentimeter remains an exceptional workplace by attracting individuals who excel in a diverse, enjoyable, collaborative, and challenging environment.

You will engage in both hands-on recruitment activities and strategic projects aimed at enhancing our methods for attracting, engaging, assessing, and hiring the ideal candidates for our sales team and Mentimeter overall.


Key Responsibilities:
- Drive employer branding efforts and organize recruitment events tailored for sales professionals.
- Enhance the recruitment process and provide training for hiring managers.
- Manage strategic projects to ensure alignment with our recruitment goals, fostering an efficient and positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with department leaders for long-term organizational and resource planning.
- Lead the talent acquisition efforts for your department, including setting objectives, prioritizing tasks, and allocating resources.
- Build and maintain relationships and recruitment pipelines for senior and management positions.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role within the SaaS industry.

- Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruitment for various sales roles, utilizing diverse interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Proven success in proactive headhunting and engaging top-tier senior talent.
- Familiarity with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies, processes, and tools.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to cultivate robust relationships across all organizational levels, regularly collaborating with senior leadership.

As part of our cross-department Talent Acquisition team, you will report to the General Manager in Toronto and have a dotted line to our Global Talent Acquisition lead.

At Mentimeter, we embrace a hybrid work model that involves working in the Toronto office three days a week.
