We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for planning, sourcing, assessing, and qualifying external candidates to support business plans and goals.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition Planning - Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to identify and attract top talent for our business units.
- Strategic Sourcing - Utilize various sourcing channels to build a pipeline of diverse candidates, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
- Candidate Assessment - Conduct thorough assessments of candidates to ensure they meet the requirements of the role and align with our company's values.
- Business Partnering - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on the hiring process.
- Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders and HR partners.
- Education - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience - Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
- Skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Language - Bilingual in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
