About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Mentimeter. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for driving our sales department's talent acquisition efforts in Toronto.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to attract, engage, assess, and hire top talent for our sales department and Mentimeter as a whole.
  • Work closely with operational recruitment and department leads to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
  • Lead the talent acquisition efforts for the sales team, including goal setting, prioritization, resource allocation, and project planning.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, processes, and tools to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with the cross-department Talent Acquisition team to drive business results.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role in SaaS within the Toronto talent market.
  • Solid hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting of all level sales positions using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Proven track record of outbound headhunting and pitching to attract top senior talent.
  • Experience working with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
  • Experience implementing talent acquisition strategies, processes, and tools.
  • Project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels, working closely with senior leaders regularly.
