LinHR Consulting Inc. is a rapidly growing provider of HR & Payroll Consulting Services in Canada. As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to become a vital part of our team.

Job Overview
Role Summary:
The primary goal of the Talent Acquisition Specialist is to assess client requirements, devise effective recruitment strategies, identify and interview candidates to fulfill client positions, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires. This position is predominantly remote with flexible working hours, while occasional in-office presence may be required.
Compensation: CAD 50,000 to 60,000 base salary + commission + comprehensive benefits package. Total compensation can reach CAD 80,000 to 100,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate client needs and create customized recruitment strategies.
  • Identify and screen potential candidates through diverse sourcing channels.
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' fit for various roles.
  • Collaborate with clients to comprehend their staffing requirements and present qualified candidates.
  • Maintain and manage recruitment databases and reporting tools.
  • Assist new employees during the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
  • At least five (5) years of experience in recruitment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, such as Success Factors or equivalent.
  • A degree in Human Resources Management or a related field; or a diploma in Human Resources Management.
  • Experience with staffing agencies is a plus.
  • Strong grasp of recruitment processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of various sourcing techniques and platforms.
  • Willingness to occasionally commute as needed.
