Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, repairs, and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and electrical systems at our Cambridge, Ontario facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement an annual maintenance plan to ensure the efficient operation of our plant.
- Supervise the scheduling and assignment of daily duties for maintenance employees, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
- Collaborate with suppliers to expedite lead-time items and maintain inventory control systems.
- Oversee the implementation of ongoing and preventative maintenance programs, including AMPC and Megamation.
- Ensure a safe working environment by maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations and providing training to employees.
- Industrial Millwright/Mechanic trade certification or Industrial Electrician trade certification with a strong mechanical background.
- Experience in industrial maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, and e-coat processes.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to operate PC-based software and other manufacturing-related tools.
- Three weeks of vacation time.
