Administrative Coordinator at FNX-INNOV Inc. is a pivotal role within our multidisciplinary engineering firm, renowned for its innovative approach and commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities
  • Project Administrative Support: Assist in the preparation of essential project documentation, compile necessary administrative files, format deliverables, and manage project resources efficiently.
  • Service Proposal Management: Interpret bid documents, facilitate the preparation of proposals, draft professional service offerings, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Invoicing Assistance: Support project managers in the invoicing process and maintain accurate invoicing records.
  • General Administrative Duties: Oversee the maintenance of reference documents, assist in the onboarding process for new hires, coordinate meeting logistics, manage employee equipment availability, and perform additional administrative tasks as required.
Candidate Profile
  • Possess a college diploma in administration with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, proficient in office software, and familiarity with InDesign and Illustrator is advantageous. Fluency in French is required.
