Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Casino de Montréal. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth execution of daily tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the centralized email box for the management team, ensuring timely responses and follow-up on important matters.
  • Prepare operational information documents, including daily route sheets and weekly meetings.
  • Coordinate the preparation of documents related to executive host presence at events, including client lists, taxi coupons, and event tickets.
  • Plan and organize monthly management meetings, create agendas, and send invitations.
  • Manage the inventory of taxi vouchers and ensure timely replenishment of office supplies and equipment.
  • Provide administrative support to supervisors, including data entry, document preparation, and other tasks as needed.
  • Monitor sector controls, including conflict of interest declarations, random checks, and budget reviews.
  • Assist with staff scheduling and time management.
  • Make purchases for executive hosts, receive and manage purchases, and reconcile corporate credit card statements.
  • Prepare event invitations and coordinate event logistics.
  • Provide support for various activities, including invitation tracking, attendance monitoring, and promotional materials distribution.
Requirements
  • Diploma of Secondary Education
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in administration, including budget management, scheduling, and event coordination.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships
  • Decision-making skills
  • Ability to evaluate needs and prioritize tasks
  • Analytical and synthesis skills
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Working Conditions
  • 40 hours/week
  • 5-day workweek, Monday to Friday
  • On-site employment at Casino de Montréal
