Position: Administrative Coordinator (Full-Time)

Overview: We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to assist the General Manager in various administrative functions and contribute to the efficient operation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support payroll processing, manage scheduling, prepare daily reports, and handle CNESST inquiries.
  • Oversee email correspondence on behalf of the General Manager.
  • Assist with organizational tasks and adapt to new operational systems.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required.
Location: To be discussed during the interview.

Compensation: Negotiable.
