Key Responsibilities
  • Project administrative support: preparing project documentation, collecting essential administrative materials, formatting outputs, and managing project resources efficiently.
  • Service proposals: interpreting bid documents, coordinating proposal development, crafting professional service submissions, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Invoicing assistance: supporting project leaders with billing processes and maintaining accurate invoicing records.
  • Additional administrative duties: organizing reference materials, facilitating new employee onboarding, coordinating meeting logistics, managing employee equipment availability, and more.
Your Qualifications
  • College diploma in administration, a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, proficiency in office software, knowledge of InDesign and Illustrator is an advantage, and fluency in French.
