At COFFEE TIME, we're seeking a highly skilled Restaurant General Manager to lead our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing objectives, and representing the organization in official functions. Your expertise will be crucial in coordinating the work of regions, divisions, or departments, and in selecting middle managers and directors. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
* Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
* Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
* Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
* Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
* Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions

**Requirements:**

* Education: College/CEGEP
* Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
* Work setting: Restaurant
* Work Language: English
* Hours: 32.5 hours per week
