Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Khalsa IT Services. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, consult user guides and technical manuals to research and implement solutions, and provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions
  • Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and other software
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
  • Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations
  • Provide customer service

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 35 hours per week
