Job Description

At ELITE HOME STORE, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. Your primary duties will include responding to user inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing training and guidance to users. You will also be responsible for maintaining a problems and solutions log, participating in the redesign of applications and software, and supervising other technical support workers. Additionally, you will be required to provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users, set up equipment for employee use, and perform Web-server backup and recovery operations. Responsibilities
