We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at GJ2 LC1 FOOD SERVICES.INC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to optimize resource allocation and minimize waste.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a high level of efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Develop and implement training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions to ensure a strong and diverse team.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to maintain accurate financial records.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Windows, and MS Word.
