About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Clerk to join our team at Tomato E-commerce Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of supplies and materials between departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and track orders and instructions received from customers
  • Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments
  • Perform routine clerical duties, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units to optimize production runs
  • Prepare and maintain progress reports to track key performance indicators
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in a similar role is an asset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word
