About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Clerk to join our team at Tomato E-commerce Inc. As a Scheduling Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and production units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and track work orders, ensuring timely completion and efficient use of resources.
  • Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Perform routine clerical duties, including data entry and report preparation.
  • Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Consult with production supervisors to schedule production runs, optimizing cost and time efficiency.
  • Prepare and maintain progress reports, providing valuable insights to management.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
  • Experience with Quick Books and MS Office an asset.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a scheduling or logistics role.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain principles.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
