Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Portfolio Resource Coordinator to join our team at Paladin Security. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling resources to ensure seamless service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Coordination: Strategically identify open shifts and work with our Client Service group to ensure complete schedules are in place to meet our contractual obligations.
  • Scheduling Management: Forward existing schedules to our security officers to ensure they are aware of their ongoing schedule well in advance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with multiple operational stakeholders, including Site Supervisors, Security Officers, Client Service Managers, and Senior Management to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Cancellation and Opening Management: Fill cancellations and openings in the daily schedule to minimize downtime and ensure continuity of service.
  • Client Service Management: Coordinate with Client Service Managers to ensure their staffing needs are met and proactively addressed.
  • Contractual Obligation Management: Develop and maintain ongoing knowledge of Paladin's contractual obligations for assigned portfolios, including site visits, training, and close working relationships with management.
  • Deployment Process Management: Take a key role in Paladin's deployment process to ensure smooth onboarding of new resources.
  • Billing and Compliance Management: Ensure accurate and timely billing and compliance on a weekly basis.
  • Software Management: Utilize Paladin's TEAM software to ensure accurate and timely scheduling, billing, and payroll.
Qualifications
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships both internally and externally.
  • Leadership and Organization: Strong leadership, organization, and facilitation skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service and multi-tasking skills to provide exceptional service to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Ability to meet strict deadlines and adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer usage and ability to learn Paladin's Enterprise software.
  • Experience: Experience in scheduling, administration, or security supervision is considered an asset.
