POSITION OVERVIEW

In the capacity of Branch Operations Coordinator, your role will be pivotal in driving the branch's overall success through the delivery of superior client service, achieved via efficient operations and administrative processes.

  • Cultivate and nurture a robust and positive team culture, fostering employee empowerment, creativity, and high engagement levels.
  • Efficiently oversee all administrative functions related to branch operations.
  • Manage the recruitment, training, scheduling, supervision, and performance evaluation of all support personnel within the branch.
  • Supervise all transactional banking activities.
  • Consistently exemplify high standards of service for both internal and external clients.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and audit standards while maintaining branch profitability.

DO YOU POSSESS THE REQUIRED SKILLS?
We are eager to collaborate with you if you have:

  • Experience within the securities sector.
  • Proven experience in managing a sizable team.
  • Registration as a Registered Representative (RR) with CIRO.
  • Successful completion of Wealth Management Essentials (WME).
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Keen attention to detail and excellent time management capabilities.
  • Outstanding client service skills.
