Position Overview:

We are in search of a driven Branch Operations Manager to oversee the initiation and expansion of our Ottawa branch. This role encompasses all facets of branch operations, with a strong emphasis on business growth, team development, and client satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement a detailed business strategy to launch the new branch.
  • Identify and secure an appropriate site for the branch's office and operational facilities.
  • Establish the operational framework, including procurement of necessary equipment and team assembly.
  • Explore and capitalize on new market opportunities to drive business expansion.
  • Foster robust relationships with clients, suppliers, and business partners.
  • Recruit and mentor a high-performing team, including estimators, project coordinators, and roofing personnel.
  • Monitor financial outcomes and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Manage daily operations, uphold quality standards, and oversee inventory management.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and address inquiries and feedback with professionalism.
  • Adhere to industry regulations, mitigate potential risks, and stay informed on market trends.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership capacity, preferably within the roofing industry.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proven track record in business development.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen.
