Job Title: Branch Supervisor

At Signal Security, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Supervisor to join our team. As a Branch Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing functional leadership to our Community Based Security Agents, ensuring the effective management of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and develop accountability for the individual performance of Advanced Agents and Agents, aligning with company standards.
  • Lead the Branch Manager Daily Scrum to communicate service, property, post order, and routing changes.
  • Schedule and conduct spot checks with agents under supervision, providing feedback, accountability, and recognition as needed.
  • Promptly report client-specific information or issues to the Coordinator, helping to execute and provide resolutions.
  • Participate in the hiring process, interviewing candidates, and setting up orientation dates and times.
  • Responsible for equipment inventory and maintenance, communicating needs and issues to the Coordinator.
  • Participate in performance reviews to enhance the Agent Brand Experience.
  • Ensure schedule completion to fulfill contracted services, covering shifts as necessary to minimize overtime.
  • Recommend and issue disciplinary action for personnel in violation of Signal Standard Operating Procedures, providing positive recognition for personnel exceeding expectations.
Requirements:
  • 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Pass background check and drug test
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Complete training modules within the first month
  • Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate a commitment to service, organization values, and professionalism
  • Ability to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds
