About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Value Mobile. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
