About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Technical Account Manager to join our team at Yardi Systems. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software applications.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous improvements and advancements in our products.
  3. Build rapport with clients and perform systems and business process reviews.
  4. Collaborate closely with team members across the US to contribute to the collective success of the team.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Management, or Healthcare.
  2. Prior experience working in a customer support role setting and managing expectations.
  3. Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Phenomenal customer service skills and desire to go the extra mile.
  6. You are a faster learner and can learn new concepts quickly.
  7. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  8. High comfort level troubleshooting and problem-solving issues.
  9. Great people skills and the ability to be personable and professional.
  10. Flexibility, and the ability to manage changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Previous technical support and application troubleshooting.
  2. Prior experience with Yardi software.
  3. SQL, Basic server and web server knowledge.
