Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Wong's Hotel & Restaurant Ltd. as a key member of our culinary team.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and food presentation
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies
  • Maintain inventory, records, and kitchen equipment
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Train and develop kitchen staff
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Permanent employment
  • 32-40 hours per week
  • English language
Work Environment:

The Executive Chef will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on attention to detail and teamwork.
