About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 1064500 B.C LTD. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
    • Source high-quality ingredients and suppliers to ensure consistency and freshness.
  • Kitchen Operations
    • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
    • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Food Safety and Quality
    • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.
    • Conduct regular kitchen inspections to identify and address any potential issues.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and motivate the kitchen team to achieve exceptional results and high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of kitchen staff.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Work Setting
    • Restaurant or similar food service environment
  • Physical Capabilities
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
