Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Jaibadrivishal Food Services O/A Made In India. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking methods to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet our high standards.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
  • Train and mentor staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a head cook or executive chef in a similar environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with knowledge of food preparation, cooking methods, and presentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and high standards.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
