Position Overview

The Bakery Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bakery, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within a bakery setting.
Work Environment

This position is based in a fast-paced bakery environment where attention to detail and the ability to work independently are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and mentor staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company guidelines.
  • Compile and prepare production reports and other relevant documentation.
  • Propose strategies to enhance productivity and improve product quality.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of a team of 5-10 employees.
  • Develop methods to achieve work schedules and coordinate activities with other departments.
