Bakery Production Supervisor

The Bakery Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bakery, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within a bakery setting.
This position is based in a fast-paced bakery environment where attention to detail and the ability to work independently are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Train and mentor staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company guidelines.
- Compile and prepare production reports and other relevant documentation.
- Propose strategies to enhance productivity and improve product quality.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of a team of 5-10 employees.
- Develop methods to achieve work schedules and coordinate activities with other departments.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility.
- Highly organized and reliable.
