Position Overview

The Bakery Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily activities within the bakery, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
  • Inventory Control: Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet production demands.
  • Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the activities of bakery staff to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage cash handling and oversee payroll processes.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee contributions.
  • Volunteer Supervision: Oversee office and volunteer staff as needed.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within a bakery or similar environment.

Work Environment
