- Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
- Inventory Control: Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet production demands.
- Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the activities of bakery staff to ensure efficient workflow.
- Financial Oversight: Manage cash handling and oversee payroll processes.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee contributions.
- Volunteer Supervision: Oversee office and volunteer staff as needed.
- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within a bakery or similar environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong client focus and service orientation.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Highly organized with effective time management skills.
- Dependable and reliable team player.
- Proactive with strong initiative and judgment.
- Ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities.
This is a permanent position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week, with English as the primary working language.
